Step 1 Bid and Acceptance - Vivar Co. will come to your residence and provide a free quote for painting and any remodeling projects. Ask for a separate color consultation from our decorator if you need help choosing colors and finishes.
Step 2 Protection - Vivar Co. will protect your floors, cabinetry and personal belongings from paint, dirt, construction dust and prepare your home for remodeling process. Your home and belongings are our highest concern.
Step 3 Start Work - Vivar Co. will begin work on the agreed scheduled date. We will communicate directly with the client and provide project updates. Project will be supervised by Vivar Co. supervisors.
Step 4 Completion & Final Walkthrough - Your project supervisor will go over the completed project and any concerns before we collect final payment.
